Business Services provides a professional corporate service which is client focused, innovative and cost effective. It supports SAPOL in the delivery of policing services to the community of South Australia.  - Responds to 131 444 calls for non-urgent police attendance
- The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Call Centre operators will take reports relative to crime (according to set criteria) and missing persons. An operator often takes a report of crime over the telephone before a police patrol arrives to commence the investigation. This provides enhanced customer service and minimises patrol attendance times.
